On October 10, Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) the global beverage and brewing company with headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, will finalise a merger with SABMiller PLC (Carlton and United Breweries global owner) to become the world’s largest beer company. At the centre of the $US104 billion ($135.53bn) mega merger is Sabine Chalmers, AB InBev’s Chief Legal & Corporate Affairs Officer.
