    ACLA joins ACC: the largest global in-house counsel network

    ACLA has announced to members that it is expanding its members’ benefits by joining with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) – a likeminded global in-house counsel association with 36,000 members across 10,000 organisations in 90 countries.

    As litigation funders are principally a financial service for the funding of litigation, ACLA supports the implementation of appropriate safeguards and monitoring by a regulatory body such as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
