Leanne Oitmaa, Special Counsel, Watermark, is a lawyer and Patent and Trade Marks Attorney. She works with major international clients to protect and enforce their trade mark rights in Australia and around the world, devising trade mark protection strategies and acting in infringement and opposition matters. Leanne has extensive experience handling trade mark filing and prosecution, trade mark litigation matters before the Federal Court of Australia and drafting agreements and licenses. She has delivered numerous presentations on all aspects of intellectual property law to clients, colleagues and members of the business community.
