    Melbourne- Negotiation skills: Away from the table

    This seminar is designed to establish the importance of developing positioning and strategy way from the negotiating “table”.

    The seminar will cover:

    • Identification of key objectives and interests
    • Developing an understanding of key drivers and motivations
    • Understanding the range of possible outcomes
    • Creating the right environment for the table talk to occur

    The seminar will be presented by Chris Brodrick, Partner, Holding Redlich.

    Chris is a partner in the dispute resolution and litigation team at Holding Redlich. His practice focuses on advice and dispute resolution in the principle areas of commercial/corporate conflicts, retail and commercial leasing, property disputes, corporate insolvency and deceased estates
