    Australian In-House Lawyer Awards FAQ

    How will the awards be announced?

    Award winners will be announced at the ACC Australia National Conference Awards Dinner on Thursday, 16 November 2017.

    What are the critical dates?

    Nominations open online: The beginning of July 2017.
    Nominations deadline: To be announced.
    Award ceremony: Thursday, 16 November 2017.

    Who can submit a nomination?

    Anyone. You don't have to be an in-house lawyer or ACC Australia member to submit a nomination.

    Who can I nominate?

    You can nominate yourself, a person or a team for one or more of the award categories. The person you nominate does not have to be an ACC Australia member.

    The awards are open to all individuals and team leaders who are eligible for full membership of ACC Australia. This means all persons with legal qualifications who are employed by corporate, government or semi-government bodies, including statutory corporations in Australia.

    Award judges and their companies are not eligible. Members of the ACC Australia Board of Directors and Division Executive Committees are not eligible for individual awards, but they may be members of an award winning team.

    How will I access the online nomination process?

    From July 1st 2017, you will be able to access the online nomination form here.

    Alternatively, how will I access and submit a hardcopy nomination?

    From July 1st 2017, you will be able to download a hard copy of the nomination form here. Print and complete this form and attach a Nomination Statement and send it marked 'confidential award nomination' to Tiani Bradilovic at t.bradilovic@accglobal.com; or PO Box 422 Collins Street West Melbourne VIC 8007; or by facsimile 03 9670 7727.

    Will nominations be acknowledged?

    All nominations will be acknowledged by email. All shortlisted nominees for the 2017 ACC Australian In-house Lawyer Awards will be notified before the award presentation evening.

    Who will receive correspondence regarding the awards?

    The person noted as the main contact on the online nomination registration form will receive all correspondence related to the Australian In-house Lawyer Awards.

    How do we participate in the awards?
